This 270' x 648' high bay facility with partial office mezzanine (262,000 sf) has a storage live load of 350 psf. Constructed of concrete tilt-up wall panels this facility has truck loading docks and ramps with a 27’ height clearance. The project was designed to accommodate future expansion on one longitudinal wall.
