The proposed structure is a multi-storied office building for M/s MFAR Holdings, located at place called ‘Hoodi’, near Whitefield, Bengaluru, India. The proposed building has three wings meant for office space plus a retail wing. The buildings in the office area has 3 basements + ground floor + 12 upper floors + terrace + machine room and machine room roof along retail area with ‘sky bar’. The approximate total built area of the facility is 1,38,810 m2. The interior portion of the building has a ‘plaza’ area with landscaping features. The structural system is comprised of PT concrete fat slab supported on concrete columns as a part of the gravity system, and concrete shear walls as a part of the lateral resisting system. Concrete trusses have been proposed in wing 3 to support columns on the periphery of the tower which is dis-continuous between ground and level 2 to create a column free area at ground floor.
