ABKJ was awarded the project after performing a peer review and value engineering services that provided the owner more than 20% in structural savings.

ABKJ provided master planning and concept/schematic design phases for India’s new, premier eye care facility, encompassing 288,000 square feet. The project includes an 8-story outpatient and treatment tower and an 8-story inpatient and surgery tower.
Kochi, Kerala, India
This project includes two G+38 story residential towers, multi-level parking garages, a central clubhouse, and residential villas. The residential high-rise towers primarily utilize an “undefined lateral force resisting system” to maximize perimeter glazing and minimize impact of major structural components to maximize overall flexibility in architectural planning and furnishing layouts.
