Planning, Design, and Engineering for 11 acre site, 155 G+1 Villas and G+2 Clubhouse off the shore of an existing lake area in Bangalore. Masterplan is driven by Vastu principles and maximizes views for each villa to view the lake. The clubhouse is located at the shore adjacent to a linear neighborhood park in which all residents and visitors have access to the natural water amenities and activities. Entry into the development is control at one secured point off Sarjapura Road, and the access road is lined with unique townhomes with tree lines streets to soften the appearance through natural surroundings. ABKJ design team developed up to seven villa prototypes and incorporated South Indian/Keralan contemporary architecture to meet the Clients branding and customer base.
