BLUEJAY KYATHSANDRA

The comprehensive planning, design, and engineering of a 2.5-acre site for the Urban Food Environment project incorporates G+2 structures for restaurants with stilt-level parking. Strategically positioned with ingress from both the National Highway and the State Highway, the development showcases a dynamic facade along the National Highway, designed to captivate and intrigue travellers, encouraging a stopover. A prominent connecting canopy unifies two blocks, enhancing visual continuity and architectural allure. Dining establishments are strategically placed along the National Highway, while the brewery and family entertainment zones are located along the State Highway to attract riders and young locals. Conceptualized as a landmark to elevate the road trip experience, the project integrates various attractions such as a Food & Brewery zone, Family Entertainment Centre, Sophisticated Lounge, and Concert Space, making it a quintessential stop for travellers. The design prioritizes visual connectivity across diverse zones, fostering an inviting and cohesive spatial experience. By adopting an equitable approach to foodscapes, the project ensures diverse and inclusive culinary environments for all visitors. The core of the development features a landscaped courtyard, providing a serene retreat for travellers and transforming into a vibrant space with live music routines in the evenings. The brewery zone highlights the functionality of fabrication and the art of beer-making, while the permeable facade design imparts a dynamic and engaging appearance, sparking curiosity and encouraging exploration. This development functions as a rejuvenating stop for highway travelers, offering essential services within a welcoming and architecturally stimulating environment, thereby inviting repeat visits.
