Planning, Design, and Engineering for 28 acre site with a “Nala” water stream that severs through the middle of the property. The project includes over 600 G+1 Villas and G+2 Apartments organized a radial scheme, with the central amenity areas that embraces the “Nala” with activities, parks, and clubhouse buildings. Masterplan is driven by Vastu principles and maximizes views for each villa to view to the central amenity area as well as clear community access for residents to circulate and meet. Entry into the development is control at one secured point, with tree lines streets to soften the appearance through natural surroundings. ABKJ design team developed up to four villa prototypes and incorporated a European contemporary architecture to meet the Clients branding and customer base interested in international living in the heart of Bangalore.
