Included a seismic evaluation of the 4-story building 2-24 at the Plant 2 facility. Based on refurbishment costs, the existing building was demolished to the parking level and a new grade level, structural roof slab was designed. The existing 4-story atrium framing was extended one bay and a new entry lobby and precast concrete stair shafts were provided.
