This 9-story, 34,000 sf addition includes three new buildings: a Patient Care Tower, a Parking Garage, and Central Utility Plant. The project added more than 300 beds to the campus. The Patient Care Tower LEED® Gold certified. The ABKJ design utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Revit and Civil 3D. This fast-track project utilized Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Collaborative LEAN Principles for optimizing the design and minimizing construction costs.
