The structure is an office building for MFAR Developers Pvt. Ltd., located at Kadugodi, Whitefield, Bangalore, India. There are total of four towers with common 2 basements and podium at ground floor. The basements of the structure are used primarily for parking and rest of above floors are used as office space. The ground floor podium has lawn, bocce court and Amphitheatre with double height inside the tower areas. Level 5, 8 & 11 has Refuge floors. The structural system comprises of PT concrete flat slab supported on columns as a part of the gravity system and concrete shear walls as a part of the lateral resisting system.
