Design for a new 3,800 square foot home in the neighborhood of Bryant. Planning is driven by Universal Design Principals and strives to achieve ADA compliance, offering a care giving environment for the Owner’s elderly parents. A contemporary palette of materials and sweeping roof lines define the overall aesthetic appeal. The great room is treated as a distinct pavilion oriented south for maximum daylight and passive heating goals, as wells as provides for a highly flexible space for entertaining and wheelchair movement.
