The proposed structure is an office building for MFAR Holdings, located in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India. The Building has 3 Basements + Ground Floor + 9 upper floors + Terrace + Machine room and Service Platform with a built-up area of 32,938 m2. The basements are used primarily for parking, and the rest of above floors are used as office space. The structural system comprises of PT flat slab supported on columns as a part of gravity system and shear walls as a part of lateral resisting system.
